Anxiety Attacks
Symptoms
Anxiety attacks symptoms strike any person at any given age,
at any point in their lifetimes. Unfortunately, what
causes them is unknown. This is partly due to the fact
that the individual himself, who is suffering from this
disorder does not know what triggers them. Often, the
event that is at the root of the problem occurred in their
youth, but the symptoms of the attacks occurred later on.
If you believe that you are suffering from
anxiety attacks symptoms, and you should refer to the list that
follows, which contains all the symptoms that individuals feel
at the onset and the duration of an attack:

extreme fear, doom, or death,

and/or feet,
-Chest pain,
-Difficulty in
breathing,
-Excessive
perspiration,
-Rapid heartbeat,

dizzy,
-Trembling/shaking,

You may be experiencing one or many more
symptoms during your anxiety attacks. In addition to
that, you may actually have other symptoms, as these are the
most common ones that are associated and linked to this
disorder. The important thing is to inform your therapist
